What is included in the ¥9,900 / month plan?

AI call features, the IVR builder, customer list management (up to 200 entries / month), call history, the follow-up board, and operator setup support. Call rates, number rentals, and wallet top-ups are billed separately.

Are call rates and number rentals separate?

Yes. ¥55 / min (tax included) for domestic JP and ¥88 / min (tax included) for international. Phone numbers are ¥4,500 / month (JP) or ¥1,100 / month (US), debited from the wallet.

Can I use a US number?

Yes. US numbers (+1) are available at ¥1,100 / month (tax included) and support both voice and SMS. For Japanese customers, calling from a Japanese number generally yields a higher pickup rate.

How is compliance handled?

Internal rules are written with APPI (personal data), 特商法 (commercial transactions), and 薬機法 (pharmaceutical/medical advertising) in mind. We do not guarantee universal regulatory compliance; the business operator remains responsible for verifying internal procedures specific to their case.

Is the admin interface available in multiple languages?

The admin interface currently focuses on Japanese. Multilingual support is being expanded gradually, starting with public pages and AI-assisted responses; the dashboard UI will remain Japanese-first in the near term. AI voice calls themselves can handle Japanese, English, and Chinese conversations.

How does the AI use knowledge and call history?

Use uploaded product docs, FAQs, and sales scripts as reference material for AI-assisted calls. After each call, keep summaries, notes, and next follow-up actions per customer. The AI does not decide everything automatically — operators review where needed.
